TRADE ACCOUNT FAQS
Here is a list of frequently asked questions and answers about our trade accounts.
We primarily ship using Fedex. However, if you prefer UPS, USPS we can use a carrier of your choice.
We have negotiated great rates from Fedex based on the volume we ship. Shipping is calculated based on weight, size and dimensional weight of the box.
We do our best to ship orders out complete however unless otherwise stated by the customer, we will ship partial orders and back orders as product becomes available.
OnCloud9 will accept selective drop ship orders for existing accounts at an additional charge of $10.00 per order. Shipping Terms: BOONTON, NJ. All goods are shipped through FedEx or UPS prepaid. We do not sell to online companies so this drop ship is only available to our existing retail stores or interior design accounts.
Any non-defective returns within 30 days of receipt of goods and authorized by OnCloud9 Design will incur 25% Restocking Fee.
We do not accept returns unless the item is defective or incorrect and within 30 days of receipt of goods.
